INTRONS - John Doe
Solimán López is a contemporary artist specialised in art, science, sociology and technology. His artistic practice includes work with artificial intelligence, biotechnology and DNA, electronics, interactive and 3D.
The INTRONS project proposes to solve the human and natural presence in virtual spaces or metaverses. An evolution in the representation of reality, in which biotechnology is placed at the service of the artist's gaze.
The result is a new digital entity extracted from scientific data of the human genome based on information provided by the company ADNTRO. Any user can commission a portrait of his or her DNA and turn it into a unique piece, representable through an NFT, a printed work or a sculpture. This first work is obtained from an average of the data recorded in the laboratory database, which provides the genetic information.
